- Send it off: Stick the pre-paid label on the package and ship it back using the address our team provides.
For a successful return, kindly adhere to these conditions:
- The item was purchased from our online store.
- It remains unused, has its tags, and is in its original packing.
- Return/exchange request made within 30 days of its delivery.
- The item is sent back within two weeks from the return/exchange request.
